Hi Everyone,

I've got a couple of issues with a search function I'm building.

The first is that sometimes the filter won't return all available results. This is something that I've only come across as I've been trying to figure this issue out and made a new sheet with a smaller data set to try to manually see what's going on outside of VBA.

When I clear the table the second and original issue occurs which is the weird formatting.

The table clears and all the original data is there it's just all the rows that weren't in the last filter are now unformatted, or at least uncolored.

The table reverts back to how it was before the filter if another cell is clicked into and out of again (F2+Enter).

Can anyone offer any insight as to why this is happening and what I'm doing wrong?

You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK
