Hi,
I've a vba code that saves an excel every 10 seconds (this excel is used by other user to get latest saved data). The issue i am facing is if this auto save excel is open and i want to work on another workbook on same pc then every 10 sec it keeps on toggle to the auto save excel.

Is there a way that auto save keep on running at backend and i can work on another workbook without interruption.

Excel Facts

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
You could open up another instance of Excel, i.e. a separate application

But there may be better ways of sharing data across multiple users. When I need to do this I have an Excel front end / processing tool, but with my data stored behind it in a MS Access database. Every user can then have their own front end file, and share the database - Access provides the sharing facility in real time. Would this approach work for you?
