Excel Bogs Down

I have a spreadsheet that is 303 rows by 11 columns wide, it is 25,362Kb i size.
After working with it for a time it bogs down. Whenever delete or add a row or when saving the file it takes several minutes to complete, sometimes 5 minutes or more and this happens on two different computers.
I do no have any macros or link in the sheet that and have three tab but they contain very little data at this time.

There's no way that a 300 x 11 worbook should be 25Mb, so it sounds like you need to clean up the unused ranges. Unfortunately, when you add data then delete it, Excel remembers it and won't clear it from memory unless you actually delete those rows & columns. You'll find some code here that will take care of it for you:
