Excel Check Boxes per Question

I have several questions and each one has a few options as answers.

I am trying to have check boxes for each option the user can click on in answering each question.

I created the check boxes and all are linked to a different tab where the True or False response appears when you click.

The problem is that I cannot figure out how to make the clicking be an option for one question at a time...For example, when I click an option for Q1 the click mark on Q2's option disappears etc etc...I want to be able to select a click/check box one question at a time...

Does this above make sense...Any insights?

Thanks

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
I hope you are using the ActiveX components and not the Forms toolbar.

- Rightclick on the radiobutton
- Click properties

Now a window appears, with a list of attributes.
One of the is Group Name.
Change the Group Name of a set of radiobuttons in order to separate them from the rest.

The end result will look something like this:

Group1:
Radio1
Radio2

Group2:
Radio3
Radio4

etc.

Hope this helps.
