Hi,

I've set up a spreadsheet to be co-authored but some users are saying there are issues when other users freeze panes in the shared doc. Is there a way around this? (Aside from saying don't freeze panes).

Excel Facts

Pivot Table Drill Down
Double-click any number in a pivot table to create a new report showing all detail rows that make up that number
are they all using the same excel versions ?

is it the 365 or the 2016 access thats causing the problem

I'm unsure as it all works fine.

I guess my question is if 1 person freezes panes will it always affect everyone or should other users still be viewing the spreadsheet with all panes unfrozen?

as its collaboration on one file then i guess whatever the user sets will be reflected for the entire book, unless they have individual pages

My expectation is that all edits are shared through the O365 web experience, which should include the Freeze Panes, a viewing edit.

Great, thanks for all your help. So I just need to get the users to be thoughtful with things like Freezing panes/hiding columns etc.
