Excel code for Multiple email command buttons?

I need some smart person to help me with a code for a worksheet that will have three buttons on it that will send the entire workbook to 3 seperate emails address eg. if 1st button clicked will send to TOM if second button pushed will send to FRED.

i am fairly new with VBA so please highlight areas that i will need changed.
