excel convert cell into html

is there any way for excel to convert formmating of a cell into html.. for instance:

if Cell A1 had the following data:

tittle
date

is there a way for cell B1 to take that data and convert it to the following?

"<"b> tittle "<"/b> "<"br>
date

sorry about he quotes above but it was the only way the thread wouldn't turn it into html...LOL

You can do it using concatenation:

B1 = "<b>" & A1 &"</b><br>" & A2
