Hello Everyone -

I am looking to build a simplistic dashboard that consist of 20 projects.

The data source tab has all 20 projects in column A, and in column B is a list of all the status updates for each project.

I now have 100 line items of project updates in column B.

And I have quite the duplicate projects in column A.

For the dashboard, I want the ability to view 1 project at a time that filters in the respective updates.

For instance, I have a drop down data list; and once I pick a project, all of the updates from that particular project should filter in.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.

.

Select any cell in your data range and turn on filtering:

Data --> Sort & Filter --> Filter

Now you have dropdown filters on your column headings. Click the dropdown filter on column A and choose a project...
