Hi,
A staff member is unable to select multiple items in his filter. I placed a filter on a spreadsheet and when he clicks the dropdown arrow, there is no availablilty to select multiple items and I need for him to be able to select more than one but not all items. He can select one row and I am not sure how to allow multiple selections. I am also unsure of what version of Excel he is using (either 03 or 07) but I just need to know how to turn that feature on. Please help. THANKS!

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
Try taking your filter off, then highlight the entire region of data that you want filtered and re-apply the filter

If using xl2003 he will be able to select 2 at most using the standard Autofilter. You can't increase this without upgrading his version of Excel I'm afarid.
