I have been tasked with developing a database for our local social club i have created the database but looking at some help in trying to automate the task of sending out a letter to people when there subscription is due.
So my idea is either selecting a check box and then clicking the print button, or something like having a button at the end of the form that the user can press which will print out that cell data
or excel searching through all cells and finding any expired or expiring members and printing off a letter.
Im using Excel 2002
And Windows XP
Thanks in Advance
Matt
