Excel datepicker not working on emailed workbook

Hi,

I have setup a "Datepicker" in an Excel 2013 workbook, which works fine, when the workbook is emailed to a colleague they click on the date picker and nothing happens

Any ideas?

Excel Facts

Ambidextrous Undo
Undo last command with Ctrl+Z or Alt+Backspace. If you use the Undo icon in the QAT, open the drop-down arrow to undo up to 100 steps.
