As you can see the picture, when I put 4180 in cell D18, the number 200 will be followed in after, the case is same when I put 5680 in cell D23, 200 will be followed in after, but I want to do a case like picture, when I enter “GOOD” cell G21 or “DELETE” cell H21 or any text above the name, then the number will be disappeared, is it possible to do?

I have formula in cell G23 and H23
=IF(G22<>"",VLOOKUP($D23,$K$17:$P$20,ROW(F2),0),"")
=IF(H22<>"",VLOOKUP($D23,$K$17:$P$20,ROW(G2),0),"")
