Hey guys,

I'm trying to put a drop down menu on an excel sheet, but I want it to show all of the labels below it -- for example, the title says 'state' and i want it to then show, NJ NY PA FL ... etc etc..

any idea how to do this?

thanks! :)

Excel Facts

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
Hi,
In the sheet up the top, go to the developer tab (if this is not there then goto excel options and tick developer). add the combo box which is a drop down box.

In the developer tab still there is a properties setting, you can set it to get values from a range or you can add items by code
