Hi,

I have read up endlessly trying to understand how to trigger an email notification if a certain condition or conditions are met within in a cell.

Basically I would like the spread sheet to automatically send an email to the administrator if a clients trial period has expired.

If client A2 has a trial period of one week whixh expires on E2 email the "administrator" with subject Client expiry: ABC End Date: xx/xx/xx

A B C D E

1 Client Location Trial duration SR ID End date

2 ABC London 1 week xxxxx xx/xx/xx

Theis spread sheet will at any time only have about 50 rows of information so it is not to large however keeping track of the dates (more like remeing to check that is) is a problem.

Any help would be asppreciated.

Gary

Hi Andrew,

Thanks for this however what I am looking for is a function to email when the date expires.

If the original date is inserted as a fixed date (static) i.e. 22 June 2011, when the date expires, i.e. 23 June 2011, trigger an email to Admin. This data is inserted into the spread sheet at the time of client sign up and does not change (manually or automatically).

I may be misunderstanding what you instructions do and will keep them as I am sure I will be able to use them at some stage.

Hope you can help!

Gary
