excel embedded in word

ive got a spreadsheet embedded in word, how do i write a macro so i select the sheet and then use excel code to perform a task within it??

Can you sort left to right?
To sort left-to-right, use the Sort dialog box. Click Options. Choose "Sort left to right"
Hi Rodders
Double click in the worksheet to "activate" it, then right click the sheet name tab at the bottom, and select "view code"

You can put whatever code you want in there.

lost me m8, what i done is to insert a worksheet into a word doc and wanna write code within word to control the sheet

i was thinking upon the lines of

Code:
object (worksheet) . activate

but i think im wrong

in fact im not even sure ziss is possieeebleer
