Excel employee timesheet - Want to generate empty timesheet using drop down lists

Hi brains trust!

I have created a timesheet spreadsheet to assist my staff when running complicated payroll for clients.
I am using data validation to create the employee lists but want the table below to display an empty timesheet when toggling between employees.
When I toggle back, I want what was previously entered for that employee to repopulate.

Is this possible as I cant seem to find the solution?
