Excel File Opens Blank

I have a file I've been using for a long time. Tonight I was typing rather fast and must have slipped and hit some sort of shortcut. In a second the screen went blank and now no matter what I do, I can't get my file back. If I open the file, the screen below is all I get. I've tried everything I can think of, but to no avail. The file still shows it is 2600 KB, but nothing doing. This file has a tremendous amount of work in it and I hate the thought of trying to start over. Any thoughts? It has several macros in it, so I tried opening it with macros disabled and also with formula calculation on manual, with no success. I don't know what else to do.

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
Never mind! Somehow I had hidden my window! Didn't even know you could do that. Well, problem solved. Thanks.
