I would like to publish an Excel file as a web file w/ interactivity. In the preview, Comments are visible when you scroll over the red corner triangle. But upon publishing the page, the comments are not visible.
Can this somehow be changed to provide the functionality?

I also would like for this file to be edited by other users to place create comments.

Thanks,

Doug S.
