Hi all!

Well, as the title says, we have a file on TEAMS (which we're using for filesharing). Some people can click on Sort and have the option to Sort by Color. Others do not. And adding that as a new sort level is not possible; the pop up box does not appear.

Would anyone have an idea as to why the inconsistency and how to give those that dont have the ability to sort by Color that ability?

Thanks again very much!

If I had to guess, those that do not have the sort option are opening it in the Browser and those that do are switching to Open in Desktop App.

Have those using the browser option tried going into the custom sort option ?
