Hi,
I am doing this spreadsheet and need some advice and a formula on the best way to do this part. (Spreadsheet is a Pipeline spreadsheet with sales data)
Okay here we go,
I have a spread with Sales information in it, 2 Sheets, Adam and ATSelect
So I need to now add all the values in Columns K,L,M,N,O that are in NSW only and are Existing only, this would be shown in K437 of Adam in the spreadsheet and this would be for the other states as well VIC, QLD but All Existing.
Column C has the state and column J has the information saying Existing or Prospective

Trying to do it so I just need to import the data from our accounting system directly in to the spreadsheet then it would then update all the information

I know this may not make sense but hopefully it is enough to get some ideas. It is filtering and then filtering again, I tried some other ideas but a little stuck

If you want more information then please let me know, or can email you the spreadsheet?

Thanks
Karl

Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
You probably need a Pivot Table, but have a look at other things in the Data menu (Filter ?).
