Excel for Mac - Visio ad-in does not work

I just upgraded my software to 16.29.1 for Mac. The release notes tout a new Visio ad-in for excel. I loaded it from the store and it just show me a blank rectangle when it is supposed to have functionality. Anyone else having this issue?

FYI, I am logged in to my O365 license (although apparently not required).

What is the fastest way to copy a formula?
If A2:A50000 contain data. Enter a formula in B2. Select B2. Double-click the Fill Handle and Excel will shoot the formula down to B50000.
