I am looking for some resources on useing Excel for Strategic planning...
Setting of Goals
Setting of Strategies / Objectives and assigning a Month/multiple months via a drop down box
Having the Strategies automatically sorted via a timeline by month...and then the ability to task out specific activities under this month timeline.
Ultimately I want to add a actual vs plan column to evalutate the implemetation of the plan...and maybe even tie some budgets to the plan
Any ideas? or resources that you know of?
