Excel Formatting

I have my cells formatted as either Date or Number, but Excel will only show all numbers for a date and all formulas (without being calculated).
I'm using Excel Professional 2010.

Ambidextrous Undo
Undo last command with Ctrl+Z or Alt+Backspace. If you use the Undo icon in the QAT, open the drop-down arrow to undo up to 100 steps.
