Excel Formula for Idle stock inventory report

Hi, Can someone enlightened me on how to create an Idle stock inventory report.
I need formulas where I can filter the outlets/branches whose stock inventory isnt moving number of weeks.
Im in sales dept. my boss wants to see the store where stock are not solde for 2 weeks, 4 weeks , 8 weeks.
I really need to finish this by monday.
Thank yoy for the kind soul who is going to answer

it looks like this.
I need to filter the zeros on the offtake column weekly.
It is like a monitoring of what outlet has a zero offtake for 2 weeks, 4 weeks and so on.
