Excel formula help

Hi looking for help on a formula please

I want to have -

Information from cells (A2 - A6000) that have the EXACT 'digits' in . (Which might even be up to three duplicates)

The out of the duplicates picked out from above. (It’s the same person but just different contact details) I want use/copy their ‘H Column’ info only.

Then add that data above - into the original ‘person’s’ - ‘blank column J’

(And if it’s the third duplicate then that info to into column L’

I am getting stuck working out the formula please advise

This will be for 6000 people so if I done it manually it would take a long of time.
