Hello,

So I have summed values based on week in this configuration 202301, 202302, 202303, 202304...... it is in a row. Below I have summed values based on this headers from pretty big data sheet I used sum product.

My question is, I would like to have a formula which will work like that : I have list with concrete value ( separate sheet ) for example I would like to add 3000 to a specific range. So I put my data in that list with putting start as 202301 and end 202306, and then excel add this value to 202301,202302,202303,202304,202305,202306 and stops. Is it possible without macro ??

Thank you in advance,

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
And values of course can be diffrent for every product
you are not helping me help you. please address the questions I have given and provide a sample of expectations.

what are you doing in row 26? I do not see any kind of consistent arithmetic compared to the update table?
Is row 26 for a specific product item? Or are you doing some kind of aggregation?

This just the vaLUES FOR EVERY PERIOD FROM THE LIST :

PRODUCT 1 - 1000 for period 1,2,3,4,5
PRODUCT 2 - 2000 for period 1,2,3,4
PRODUCT 3 - 3000 for period 1,2,3,4,5,6,7

ROW 26 is just the sum up - for period 1 - 1000 base value + 1000 for product 1 ( it is in the range from the list ) + 2000 for product 2 ( it is also in the range) + no value from product 3 it is not in the range, so summing it all is 4000

And for ect. .......

PJlease tell me how cell B26 has a value of 4000, C26 has a value of 5000? I do not see any correlation in the numbers.

regarding this: :
ROW 26 is just the sum up - for period 1 - 1000 base value + 1000 for product 1 ( it is in the range from the list ) + 2000 for product 2 ( it is also in the range) + no value from product 3 it is not in the range, so summing it all is 4000
why aren't you adding product 2 values to the total?
