Excel Formula - pls help identify how many colours per name that have greater than one fruit

May you help construct excel formula how we can identify the number of COLORS for each NAME that have more than 1 fruits?

In this case the result should be:

Rose - 1 (Red)

Joy - 1 (Purple)

Angel - 2 (Blue, Red)
