Excel Formula Question Need help Please

Hello sir,

Can you please help me with a formula I have been fighting to figure for some time now? I have a spreadsheet that has two tabs that I am trying to link information from but I can't seem to do this. I looked at your Excel Magic Trick 642 Video but it was very close but I still can't seem to figure it out.

I am using the Vertex 42 Money manager program or spreadsheet, it is an excel spreadsheet, please go to this website to see what I am talking about:

if you go to this website and scroll down to Money Management Template, you can see what I am talking about. I am trying to figure out a formula to link the information in the "Transactions" tab to the "Budget" tab. If anyone can help please help me. Thank you.
