Excel formula to get week number

Hello I'm using the below formula to get a week number from a date.
In cell B1, I have the value 13/11/2019. In cell C1, I apply the below formula
=Weeknum(B1,2)
This gives me the answer 46.
But I want the answer to be "Week 46". How should I modify the formula for this?
