Excel formula to work out greater then less then more then once

Hi all

Trying to work out a formula to work out how many toilets i need so i am going to have cell E4 were i will input how many staff members i have.
now if I have 1 toilet to every 10 people so if i put in cell e4 50 people i need my formula to = how many toilets i need ie 50 ppl would be 5 toilets. any help greatly appreciated.

Thank you that's prefect, I had been trying to do if statements but wasn't working never heard of Ceiling thank you.
