Excel FORMULA. Urgent Help for my work.

At work we use this spread sheet. Part of my job is to fill out this spread sheet whenever i issue the material for a job. Now if you look under the 1.75x4 colored in the blue there will be an arrow and it will say "arrow #1" what it is doing is adding it up,for how much material we have used. What i need it to do is bring it down, to where i know that the stock of the material is getting low i need to order more material, instead of when i look at the total, its jsut telling me thats how much material that we used.As goes for "arrow #2". I dont know which formula to use, or how to go about using the formula. Please any question on it being more in depth let me know. E-mail is Robertlp14@hotmail.com

Hi PaigeRobertson253 - Can you tell us where on the spreadsheet the total material left is listed? I can't figure it out from what I see listed. That may help us get started in helping you.
