Hi team,

I have been looking for a formula that will calculate prorated leave

my company is allowing 15 leaves per year to each employee.
If i want to offer prorated leaves as per the joining date then how to calculate the prorated leaves.

For example an employee come at 1st of April then after 6 months i have to offer 3 months leave to the employee.

any help would be highly appreciated.

Please clarify
1."For example an employee come at 1st of April then after 6 months i have to offer 3 months leave to the employee."?
2. accrual by months or days?
3. minimum accrual?
4. rounding?
