I need help!!!

I need a excel formula that if column "U2:U100" have the name "Team 1" AND Column "N2:N100" have the name "Unit / Individual Loss" Sum Column "L2:L100.
 

Excel Facts

Quick Sum
Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.
=sumproduct(--(U2:U100="Team 1"),--(N2:N100= "Unit / Individual Loss"),L2:L100)

Should do it.

If you have Excel 2007 or later try using SUMIFS, i.e.

=SUMIFS(L2:L100,U2:U100,"Team 1",N2:N100,"Unit / Individual Loss")

or in earlier versions SUMPRODUCT

=SUMPRODUCT(L2:L100,(U2:U100="Team 1")*(N2:N100="Unit / Individual Loss"))
