Can u help
Cells
A1 has Todays date.
B3 is blank or has a date inserted.
If B3 is blank no change
If B3 has a date equal to or less than A1 a text to appear "Delete Date"
It must be a formula not a condition. Thanks scouser

Excel Facts

Can you sort left to right?
To sort left-to-right, use the Sort dialog box. Click Options. Choose "Sort left to right"
Here you go Scoucer

Code:
=IF(B3="","",IF(B3<=A1,"Delete Date",""))

A blank cell could be tested as being less than the date in cell A1, therfore this formula first tests to establish if cell B3 is empty, in which case it won't do anything, then it tests to see if the date is equal to or less the date inserted in A1.

There are many ways to construct this formula, other people may give you a different method.

Kindest Regards

Peter
