Im trying to write a If statement in excel thats less than 220 but greater than zero. Could someone help with this formula.

 =if(a1>0<220,"add 220",sum(a3:a45))

Just add in the AND function:

=IF(AND(A1>0,A1<220),"add 220",sum(A3:A45))
