How do I graph using two Y-Axis'?

For instance,
On the left Y-Axis, I want to graph dollar amount.
On the right Y-Axis, I want to graph the number of orders.
The X-Axis will be the month of the year.

I want the number of orders to be reflected using bars.
I want the dollar amount to be reflected using a line.

I would also like to include a trend-line that measures the trend of the dollar amount.

Any help would be great.

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
Plot all your data as a line chart. Right click the number of orders series and choose Format Data Series. On the Axis tab check Secondary axis and click OK. Right click the series again, choose Chart Type, click Column then OK.

Right click the dollar series and choose Add TreendLine.
