Hi

I need to create a graph in Excel, but the data have start and end dates. I've got more than 300 000 lines with data like that. Do you know how I can create a bar/line chart for daily/monthly MW maintenance with data like below (time on x-axis and MW on y-axis)?

Maintenance MW Start time End time
Station 123002014/12/04 02:382015/04/06 07:12
Station 2336002015/01/05 11:212015/03/18 02:12
Station 8918002015/01/06 02:382015/05/06 01:33

<colgroup><col><col><col><col></colgroup><tbody>
</tbody>

What is the fastest way to copy a formula?
If A2:A50000 contain data. Enter a formula in B2. Select B2. Double-click the Fill Handle and Excel will shoot the formula down to B50000.
Hi Murr007,

Looking at your data, so you want a horizontal line for Station 1 at 2300 YAxis starting from Horizontal Dec-4-2014 going until Apr-6-2015?

And then you want a horizontal line for Station 23 at 3600 YAxis starting from Horizontal Jan-05-2015 going until Mar-18-2015?

Finally, you want a horizontal line for Station 1 at 2300 YAxis starting from Horizontal Jan-6-2014 going until May-6-2015?
