Hello everyone, I need your opinion.

i have to create a form in excel that will allow the users to select several drop own boxes ( Userform). Then this form need an approval from 4 people and a 5th person if the form is over a certain amount.

Can I put approvals in my Userform, that if the amount in cell m10 is over 15% that it must have an approval from the 5th person?

This is where the create PDF and email comes into play. If the form is over 15% can I make it go to that 5th person? If so how?

If you have seen this before am I on the right track or am I thinking completely off base? I'm trying to formulate a game plan step by step.

Thank you advance for all your help.......
Cole

Hello Coletw

This is certainly possible to do. I created a similar program, however, the condition for the over 15% approval is new to me. Should not be a problem, it can be solved with an IF statement.

I am confused, you say that you build a UserForm, but you the amount is stored in M10? Do you want to turn your form into a PDF or your worksheet?
