Hi

i'm not sure if this is the correct forum but i have a strange problem with opening an excel file which contains jpgs.

i am running excel 2002 sp3 and have uninstalled and reinstalled. i have also cleaned all temp files, emf files, xlb files, have used the detect and repair function and have removed the registry key under current user, software, microsoft, office, 10.0, excel.

i can open the file perfectly normally on another PC with the same config as this one - the file is 5Mb.

if i create a new file with images in it the new file opens fine, so my conclusion is that this file is corrupted but only on this PC. any ideas?

thanks
mac
