I want to drag the fill handle down a column to copy formulas, but I have some protected cells. Is there a way to copy the formulas to only the unprotected cells while ignoring the protected cells? I always get a warning message.

Do you hate GETPIVOTDATA?
Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off

Hi and welcome to MrExcel.

No. You can't do that I am afraid. In fact you could but it would be very complicated and not worth the effort.
