Hi. I have created a spreadsheet which total ups the amount people working in certain shifts over a 24 hour period. as per below.

Then on a separate worksheet I am converting these values into hours.

The problem I am have is that on any given day on any shift a person work 8 hours, if he / she does any overtime this need to be added to the
the overtime is been done.

eg. I have counted that 4 people work their normal 8 hours on this day and decided to do 4hours overtime on late shift. Currently I am multiplying 4 by 12 to give me 48 hours worked but I would like to transfer the 4 hours overtime to late shift.

Is there any way That I can transfer the hours on the shift the overtime has been done.

Can anyonr help me on this please.
