How can i find if a value in the first column is same, then check the periods if the have same dates in between?

FIRST COLUMN (EG NAMES)	START	END
A	15/02/2021​	15/02/2021​
B	22/03/2021​	22/03/2021​
C	06/04/2021​	05/05/2021​
C	05/05/2021​	07/05/2021​

Examples of duplicates would help

You should be able to use a countifs()
But that would check if the start and stop dates are the same
