Excel Icon set in Conditional format

i face a problem in conditional format i want to make a conditional format with arrows by fourmla this formula like below:

what i need to make a formula in cell C this formula is if((B1/a1)>.05) that show an arrow up can any one helo me to do this !!!!!!!!???

Select C1 then from conditional formatting enter formula =$C$1>0.05

it didn't work i need to do the condition on A1 / B1 c1 is A1-B1


if((a1/b1)>0.5 then the arrow up
