Excel Icon set in Conditional format

i face a problem in conditional format i want to make a conditional format with arrows by fourmla this formula like below:

what i need to make a formula in cell C this formula is if((B1/a1)>.05) that show an arrow up can any one helo me to do this !!!!!!!!???
