Excel ICT AS Coursework... HELP !

Hello, i'm currently starting my AS ICT coursework. I was wondering how do i link items in a combo box to and item on an option button to give me an answer at the end. e.g. If i choose Rice from the combo box then clicked on the option button that said 2 portions how would i get it to display the price.

where is the price ?
you mean: what's the price of 2 portions of rice ?
