Excel is greyed out when copy

Hello,
I don't know when this problem started but WHen I select a few cells and Ctrl+C, the whole "main" excel area (all the cells) became like a grey screen, and the columns goes to end - I was on A column, pressed copy and now it seems like I on CRV column...
Sometimes after I get this screen Excel stuck and sometimes I just have to scroll right/left and it fixes...

I don't have the Hardware Acceleration option
running the latest (not greatest) Excel 2021, with Windows 11.

Any idea how can I fix that?

Now I've noticed the problem only accord in the RIGHT-TO-LEFT format...
