Excel Macro buttons keep messing up in my lay-out. :(

Hey guys,

For reasons i can't explain the buttons in my excel sheet keep messing up in the lay-out.
I don't know when it happens either. Sheets are protected and only get unprotected by the VBA code.

Looks like you have excel 2010,

take a look at this.
