Excel Macro to run at the same time every day

I have a macro that takes about 1 hour to run and I was wondering if its possible to have this macro setup to run automatically about 1 hour before I come into work.

Look at the ontime event:

Application.OnTime TimeValue("17:00:00"), "my_Procedure"
