Excel Macro Works if condition is true.

Hi People,

Can some one please help write a macro for me if a condition is true.

If x96 = 0, copy cell H41 and paste it in F21

and if X96 does not = 0 and mesage box appears that read "Please complete all questions"

Thanks heaps in advance
