I have ried to insert the code in Outlook macro, but i could't find the Action " run a script " in Rules Wizard.

Excel Facts

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
you must turn on the tab for getting to VB. (this is for all Microsoft products. They default it hidden)
menu:File,Options, Custom Ribbon,
in the far right pane, checkmark DEVELOPER (near bottom)
Now you can enter/run macros thru the menu. (ALT-F11 should open VBE regardless)
