Excel Monitors

Hello, apologies if some think this post belongs in the miscellaneous category, but I am looking for an Excel based answer. I'm torn between getting two 32" 4k monitors or one of the Dell 38" or 49" curved monitors. Any recommendations on one option versus the other? Again, these will primarily be used for Excel and Excel based models. Would like to be able to easily have 3 workbooks viewable at the same time, but want to make sure there's sufficient viewing space. Thanks!

2 monitors, if one gets fried at least you can still work, I sometimes drag a book across two screens, apart from the annoying bit in the middle it works
